At Kids Zone, your satisfaction and trust are important to us. This Refund and Returns Policy explains how we handle refunds and returns for services, products, or program fees purchased through our website or offline enrollment.

This policy applies to:

  • Online purchases of educational materials or products
  • Program/ class enrollments
  • Event registrations

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds or returns will be considered only under the following conditions:

Services and Program Fees

  • Refunds may be issued if a written cancellation request is received at least [number of days, e.g., 7] days prior to the scheduled start date of the program.
  • Refunds are processed less any non-refundable administrative or processing fees.
  • Once a program has commenced, fees are non-refundable.

Product Purchases (if applicable)

  • Products may be returned only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon receipt.
  • Items must be returned in original condition with packaging and invoice.

3. Return Process

To request a return or refund:

  2. Provide your order details, reason for return, and supporting photos (for products).
  3. Upon approval, returns must be shipped within the specified time period.
  4. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product defect was confirmed by Kids Zone.

4. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
  • Bank processing times may vary by provider.
  • Refunds do not include non-refundable fees such as registration or service charges.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Unless defective or incorrect, the following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom/ personalized items or services
  • Program fees after commencement
  • Materials consumed or used as part of class participation

6. Cancellation by Kids Zone

In rare cases, Kids Zone may cancel a class, event, or program due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be offered either:

  • A full refund, or
  • Credit toward future services
